Sleeping patterns: Easton still goes to bed at 1900 and wakes up at 0700. He is down to one nap now that lasts anywhere from 1.5-3 hours.
Feeding schedule: Easton loves to eat. His favorite snacks are cucumbers dipped in hummus, yogurt, raisins, cottage cheese, and wheat thins. He is picky about some things, but for the most part will try anything. He usually spits it back out though, before deciding if he likes it or not. Silly boy. I’m also afraid he will eat me out of house and home when he gets older. He loves to drag food out of the pantry to let me know he’s hungry! He is a very neat eater though, and adamant about feeding himself.
Sounds and motions he makes: Easton is quite the talker! He has learned several words in the past 3 months and is starting to learn animal sounds as well. He also loves to dance. He will bend his left arm and move it likes he’s marching when he hears music while bobbing around. His favorite song to dance to is “Happy” by Pharrell. He also loves blowing kisses and waving ‘bye bye’ to family via FaceTime.
Likes and dislikes: Easton’s favorite things to do are read books, get behind the steering wheel of a car, play rough with daddy, and feed the dogs their food (his first chore!). His favorite toy is a tractor that shakes and makes noises. He still dislikes having his diaper changed. We are thinking about starting the process of potty training him soon. He also has his mother’s feelings and is very sensitive. He doesn’t like to be scolded!
By the end of the month, he is learning to: Easton understands things very well now. I can tell him to go get something or point to something I name and he will do it. He is also my little comedian. Everyday he makes me laugh and loves making others laugh as well. Easton is also learning to be very independent. Sometimes when I think he doesn’t want something, I am surprised to learn that he just doesn’t want me helping him with it. I’m so surprised that that’s happening already!
My daughter just turned 18 months on the 15 and she’s 35 inches tall and 30 pounds. She seems huge in comparison. I have a hard time believing she’ll be 2 in six months. Time has gone too fast! Your son is adorable!

How cute! I love his little “E” pillow… Mitchell is 24 pounds right now and exactly half his age!
