A day on the tracks

is all a boy needs

to watch all the trains

feeling happy and freed.

I watch all the trains

whistle and shout

the railroad is awesome

did you have any doubt?

  They say boys are dirty

this may be partly true

but I’m learning how to ride the rails

doing the best that I can do.

 Life goes by fast

like trains on a track

one day we’ll be grown

there’s no turning back.

I’m learning new things

there’s so much to do

all aboard to my next year
