Amelia got to meet Santa last week and was quite smitten. I’m pretty sure the feeling was mutual. What makes this photo even better is that even though Amelia ripped out her hair bow, she is wearing my Christmas dress from when I was a baby that my great grandmother made.

One of the games Easton likes to play with my mom when she comes to visit is “doctor.” We have a toy doctor kit and they will play for hours taking turns being the doctor and patient. At Easton’s four-year well check up, he was adamant that I take his picture getting his blood pressure taken to send to his Grandma. He quickly learned that getting real shots isn’t nearly as much fun.
