A tribute to my sweet Semper who will be forever missed.

Amelia got to practice her makeup skills on her very patient big brother (the iPad certainly helped to keep him occupied.) We spent Sunday evening playing at a friend’s house while watching the planes land at the San Diego Airport, with a beautiful sunset backdrop.

We headed outside at the first word of RAIN, only to be graced with a few light sprinkles. Rain is rare here in San Diego, so we may get overly excited . . .  but the kids are always happy at the chance to go out and play in it.
