Sleeping patterns: Easton goes to bed at 1900 without a fuss and wakes up at 0700. He is an awesome sleeper and for that, I am so grateful. He still likes to take two naps a day, each usually lasting about 1.5 long.
Feeding schedule: Easton’s favorite time of day is snack time! He is a little picky about some things, but for the most part will eat whatever we offer him. He loves oatmeal and cereal for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch. Can you believe the kid likes tuna fish? If he eats all of his lunch, he gets to enjoy a few wheat thins, his favorite snack. Easton also made the switch to organic whole milk with no problems.
Sounds and motions he makes: Easton’s favorite sound to say is still ‘da-da’. Still no ma-ma. (Insert sad face.) He still loves to jabber and laugh and you can tell he is trying so hard to talk. He claps when he’s happy and loves moving to music.
Likes and dislikes: Easton likes snack time, playing outdoors, putting on his shoes, driving daddy’s jeep, reading books, being tickled, trying things off peoples’ plates, and carrying his blanket that Grandma made him around the house. He still dislikes waiting for food, being told no (surprising huh?), missing a nap, and being cold after a bath.
By the end of the month, he is learning to: Easton is able to communicate more by pointing to things that he wants. He will go straight to the pantry and pull out what he wants when he’s ready for a snack. He loves giving kisses and big hugs and will even pat you on the back. We love when he runs into our arms with his arms stretched out wide! He is also learning how to work several learning toys that we have for him. It’s so exciting watching him accomplish something new and seeing him grow. He has a basketball goal that he loves putting the basketball through and cheering when he’s successful. Easton also has 12 teeth with 4 more moving in quickly.
My daughter just turned 15 months just a few days before your son. It’s awesome and amazing to see how fast they grow. It seems like they are learn so much so quickly. Apparently 15 months all have a few things in common: the biggest of them being that they hate being told no.
Can’t believe my little man is so big now! Excited to smooch him next week!

Easton is definitely a little sponge soaking up information! Funny that both our kids don’t like the word no!
